Position Responsibilities :
- Receive and process invoices for payments to suppliers and inter-company invoices
- Ensure that daily invoices and credits processed are properly updated to the accounts payable system
- Maintain department key performance measurement data as required
- The Administrative Assistant multitasks greatly with projects, quick changes, and office functions to support the business leaders
- Create solutions to problems related to conflicting needs as well as provide confidential administrative support to business leader and management
- The Administrate Assistant supports employees and customers requests on behalf of the business leaders
- Other duties as assigned
