What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Director, National Sales RBI position at Coca Cola?
The Sr. Director, National Sales is a key leadership role within the RBI Account team. It leads sales and execution across all 4 brands in the US (BK, Popeyes and Tim Hortons and Firehouse Subs) in partnership with our marketing and operations teams.
What You'll Do for Us :
- Lead, develop and conduct stewardships with RBI headquarters senior leaders and Franchisees
- Manage P&L implications of total RBI strategies.
- Coach, develop and inspire the team of Sales Directors to thrive in a best-in-class work environment
- Plan and strategize to enhance customer relationships
- Ensure high-quality customer service and issue resolution
- Assess customer needs and create appropriate solutions
- Develop medium to long-term strategic initiatives to protect and grow our business
- Conduct a situation assessment of FCB and providing a recommendation for our FCB strategy going forward.
- Work closely with our Marketing team in building the annual business plan,
- Identify new areas and categories of growth.
- Work closely with our Operations team in deploying new equipment and closely manage
- Lead the account equipment strategy (Freestyle, IDC Pro, etc) and retaining freestyle
- Lead the execution of all product categories such as Coffee, Tea, FCB new flavors and introductions, FUB new products.
Qualification & Requirements
Education Requirements : Bachelor's degree
Functional Skills and Related Work Experience :
Location - Atlanta or Miami
Travel - Approximately 25-50%
