ROLE DESCRIPTION
A Cochran Project Manager Level 1 plans, directs and coordinates activities of designated project(s) to ensure that goals of each project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

To perform the job of Project Manager Level 2 successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies in addition to all of the Project Manager Level 1 requirements
