About the Role

As aService Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing daily service department operations, customer service, billing, and documentation. This is a dynamic role that supports customer satisfaction, field coordination, and internal administration.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain customer relationships while identifying new service opportunities.
  • Lead or support proposals, estimates, and work order generation for non-bid service work.
  • Coordinate with the Service Coordinator and team to schedule and manage incoming service projects.
  • Review project plans and allocate staff, timeline, and resources accordingly.
  • Enforce safety policies and jobsite protocols.
  • Manage project documentation and reporting, including:
  • Estimates, labor tracking, change orders, RFIs, transmittals, financials, and daily logs.
  • Ensure accurate, timely billing.
  • Prepare and review submittals and shop drawings; ensure field teams have current documents.
  • Handle change orders and pricing in Accubid.
  • Maintain daily communication with GC/customers and attend coordination meetings.
  • Manage permits, subcontractor/vendor compliance, and field support.
  • Oversee lien processes and accounts receivable for assigned projects.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive service project execution by coordinating scheduling, staffing, and resource planning.
  • Manage project documentation, financials, billing, and change orders with precision and accountability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with field teams, coordinators, and vendors to deliver seamless service.
  • Lead internal and external communications with clarity and professionalism.
  • Resolve challenges quickly by applying sound judgment, data analysis, and proactive decision-making.
  • Support continuous improvement in service delivery, operational efficiency, and team development.

We are looking for someone with the following competencies:

  • High school diploma; or 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret basic documents and write clear correspondence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Project Management software.
  • Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and judgment capabilities.

Compensation (Pay Range):$120,000-150,000/year


An employee's compensation level within the range will be based on several factors, including but not limited to geographic location, experience, relevant education, qualifications, skills, organizational needs, and performance. *Bonus pay based on percentage of salary, adjusted by company and individual performance.
