**Duties:**

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about insurance products.

- Assist clients with policy changes, claims processing, and billing inquiries.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our database systems.

- Collaborate with the sales team to promote insurance products and services.

- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

- Utilize multilingual skills to assist clients from diverse backgrounds.

- Perform office tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

- Proficiency in typing and data entry.

- Knowledge of sales techniques is a plus.

- Ability to handle cash transactions securely.
