We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships. If you have a passion for sales and technology, this role is perfect for you.
At home and in the field meeting distributors and customers. Must be very social and outgoing. Social media savvy.
Our company makes a high-quality frozen cocktail and wine cocktail. This job will be on the road in a specified area calling on accounts, creating new accounts, and building relationships with the sales representatives in your area. You will be also responsible for taking pictures for Social Media Content at your accounts and sending them to our Social Media Director weekly. You will build reports based off your visits such as if they needed help with anything, do they need new POS, etc.
Bonuses are available quarterly based off the number of trucks sold. The more you believe and move our product the more money/ perks you will receive.
We are currently in Mississippi, recently have become legal in Alabama, and North Caroline. Our goal is to be in every convenience store in the United States.
Gas compensation for on the road visits, with potential for company car.
Our home office is in Starkville, MS. Some meeting could be held here. Majority of meetings will be held on Zoom. We look forward to your interview.onsibilities
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase revenue
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
Experience
- Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior to drive sales strategies
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
