The Bar Leader (Bar Manager) runs bar operations. This includes the following:

• Executes guest’s experience at bar and all beverage delivery
• Manages bar team: bartenders, service bartenders, bar backs
• Track inventory
• Will create processes and procedures for bar operations

Benefits and Pay

• Hourly rate: Range $8- $15 per hour plus tips
• Guaranteed minimums on slow nights
• Paid days off

Experience & Attributes Required

• Creating a drink menu
• Managing a team or teammates
• Presentable appearance
