What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent/ Social Media Marketing position at Coco Beauty Bar & Medical Spa?
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
-ensuring all necessary pre- post consent forms information is obtained
- Provide information about medical services, beauty services, and specials.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries or requests promptly
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate guest records
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry and computer operations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of event planning or clerical duties is a plus
- Familiarity with medical procedures is a bonus.
Social media marketing tik tok, face book & Instagram ads. shooting videos, making reels and proficiant use of canva is a must.
