About the Role
As a Project Manager, Launch at Coco, you will lead the company's efforts to expand into new markets. Your role will involve creating and refining a structured launch playbook while ensuring seamless city expansions. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for designing scalable systems that support operational growth. Reporting to the Head of Launch , you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure each city launch is executed flawlessly and aligned with strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch Strategy & Playbook : Develop, refine, and optimize a comprehensive launch playbook to guide city expansion efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with teams across operations, logistics, merchant onboarding, and government relations to facilitate smooth market entries.
- Proactive Problem-Solving : Identify and address potential challenges before and during launches, implementing solutions to ensure success.
- Process Optimization : Document, standardize, and enhance operational processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- KPI Tracking : Measure and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to launch outcomes and operational effectiveness, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Execution Coordination : Oversee the timely implementation of launch plans, aligning deliverables with business objectives and strategic priorities.
