CoCreations Construction & Design is a full service Contracting and Design firm specializing in new custom construction, additions, large kitchen & bathroom renovations and overall any major home remodels. We are looking for a Jr Project Manager who possess a superior work ethic that fits into our company values.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage home remodel, additions, or new build projects from start to completion
- Coordinating/scheduling subcontractors. Build subcontractor relations. Ensure subs are working/doing job according to scope of work
- Communicate effectively with homeowners
- Ensure projects are done on timely manner, and to full completion
- Ensure change orders are done accurately
- Great work ethic, attention to detail, able to work independently and with team
- Ensure all materials are ordered and arrive in time for projects
- Able to read building blue prints and articulate it in construction and ordering/doing take offs
Requirements:
- If candidate has carpentry knowledge its plus
- Must have knowledge of residential construction
- Only Local candidates (Durham NC or surrounding areas)
- Must have reliable transportation, pickup truck required
