We are a General Contractor / Construction Manager, seeking an Assistant Project Manager. MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION BACKGROUND.

Assistant Project Manager in coordination of project mobilization and construction administration as directed, including but not limited to :

  • Permit procurement
  • Utility provider identification
  • Procore administration
  • Coordination of site mobilization
  • Subcontractor sourcing
  • Schedule maintenance
  • Project close-out warranties
  • Inspection administration
  • Other duties as assigned

    Salary : $67,000 - $78,000
