We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team at Cod & Capers Seafood Cafe in North Palm Beach, FL. This is a full-time on-site position responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in the Food & Beverage industry, preferably with knowledge of seafood and culinary arts
- Proficiency in using Toast system and comfort with Excel
- A strong understanding of food cost management
- Effective training skills and leadership experience
