Mandatory bilingual French proficiency
Contract duration: 3-6 months, with potential for hire based on performance, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
We welcome candidates without call center experience who possess excellent customer service skills and are proficient in French.
Key Responsibilities:
Timely and accurately manage the order-to-cash flow of allocated customer portfolios. Collaborate with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with sales business policies.
• Maintain accurate and complete customer master data in a timely manner.
• Manage order flow from acquisition to entry in accordance with agreed trade terms.
• Coordinate delivery flow by liaising with planning, logistics, and customers, serving as the first point of contact for any queries or issues.
• Ensure backorders are managed efficiently, resulting in a clean sheet.
• Handle goods returns in compliance with agreed trade terms.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for commercial, logistical, and product-related inquiries.
• Participate in sales events such as campaigns, product presentations, onsite training, and customer visits.
• Provide sales and customer-related reporting to benefit both teams.
• Develop and enhance customer service procedures, processes, and systems.
• Engage in ad-hoc sales-related activities and projects.
Requirements:
• 0-2 years of work experience in a B2B customer service environment (preferred).
• Proven customer-facing experience.
• Sales experience within a controlled environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SAP implementation is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash flows.
• Working knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French and Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient in Office Pack (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
