Position: Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Role Overview:

As CIO, you’ll lead the strategic direction of the organization’s IT function, overseeing teams responsible for program management, data engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and the technology stack that powers critical operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute an IT vision aligned with business objectives to ensure competitive advantage.
• Oversee the development and optimization of systems, including trading platforms, e-commerce integrations, APIs, and data warehouses.
• Lead the migration to cloud-based solutions and advance the organization’s cybersecurity frameworks.
• Drive automation, apply AI for operational improvements, and optimize business processes with Six Sigma principles.
• Cultivate relationships with technology vendors to enhance service delivery and ROI.

Qualifications:

• 20 years of IT experience, including leadership roles in technology strategy and execution.
• Expertise with Salesforce, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and modern DevOps practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead transformational initiatives, including cybersecurity programs and large-scale technology migrations.
• Financial services or transaction-heavy industry experience preferred.
• Proven track record of innovation, problem-solving, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
