We have been retained for a CTO search with a leading luxury hospitality group. This organization is in a pivotal phase of growth and digital transformation, seeking a visionary technology leader to drive innovation, scalability, and security across its operations.
About the Role :
As the Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s technology strategy, ensuring the seamless integration of ERP, CRM, POS, and business intelligence solutions to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency. Leading a 100 person team, you will oversee IT Solutions, IT Development, and IT Operations while collaborating with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee digital transformation projects, including ERP (Odoo), CRM, POS, and customer-facing platforms.
- Lead and mentor a team of 100 IT professionals, including two Directors.
- Manage IT infrastructure, ensuring security, performance, and scalability across multiple locations.
- Drive innovation in guest engagement, including mobile apps, extranets, and in-house technology solutions.
- Oversee a $10M IT budget, balancing cost efficiency with service excellence.
- Communicate technology strategy effectively to executive leadership and stakeholders.
