A boutique asset manager based in Fairfield County, CT is adding to their Investor Relations team. This firm is seeking a 4-8 year professional to join at the Senior Associate or VP level to support the IR and Fundraising functions. This will work across the firm's Private Equity strategy, and provide some support to the firm's Credit Hedge Funds as well. The individual in this position will support marketing efforts and client management. This role is in office five days a week.
Responsibilities :
- Manage marketing materials for new products and update existing materials as needed
- Create fund reporting materials, and handle IRRs and MOICs
- Create bespoke materials and proposals as needed by clients
- Assist with client calls alongside the PMs
- Work on new product development and other business initiatives
- Work on DDQs and RFPs
- Plan annual investor meeting
- Assist with fundraise strategy planning
- Organize roadshows and accompany as needed
- Ad hoc projects revolving around improving client relationships and business initiatives
