Our client is a Private Equity firm based in Fairfield County, CT - with 30 years of proven success in the asset management industry. The company is growing quickly with additional fundraising and is looking to bring on a new Senior Associate / Vice President of Investor Relations. This will work on a small, tight knit team on a wide array of IR responsibilities.
- Assist in capital raising efforts - including overseeing creation marketing materials, pitchbook presentations, and due diligence materials.
- Manage DDQs and respond to any and all investor queries regarding investments.
- Research and analyze trends in the Private Equity industry.
- Handle IRRs and MOIC.
- Become product and fund expert to effectively relay competitive advantage and product offerings to key stakeholders.
- Regularly create, maintain and develop new marketing materials.
- Assist in roadshow planning and execution.
- Arrange annual investor meeting and oversee execution.
- Collaborate with IR professionals and senior leadership for strategic fundraise planning.
