Coda is recruiting a 1-3 year HR professional to join a world-renowned law firm based in NYC. This position works directly with the Director of the Legal Personnel division. The role will cover a wide array of responsibilities such as assisting with performance reviews, resource management, projects from firm Partners and Attorneys, and assist with new hire trainings. This role is in office 3 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Assist leadership with attorney compensation process
- Attorney and associate performance evaluations alongside the Director of the department
- Track information regarding bar admission and manage database information
- Assist with resource updates and administration for use of various departments
- New hire orientation and lateral hire orientation
- Special projects
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, legal operations, or a similar client facing role
- Prior experience at a law firm
- Experience interfacing with firm Partners
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
