Position Overview
Coda Search│Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Process Development Manager to lead the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for highly potent API pharmaceuticals in kilogram-scale labs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and implements manufacturing processes for highly potent API pharmaceuticals in kilogram-scale labs.
- Ensures compliance with FDA and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) guidelines.
- Collaborates with SMEs in Safety, Quality, Maintenance, Training, etc. to translate objectives to Production.
- Provides process support and troubleshooting necessary to meet all customer requirements.
- Maintains the facility in excellent FDA/cGMP posture.
Requirements
- BA in Chemistry, Engineering, or other related technical field with 2-4 years of experience or equivalent.
- A solid understanding of GMP and FDA regulations.
- Safety awareness and effective communication skills.
- Ability to independently apply scientific and/or technical knowledge in the performance of job duties.
