You will work closely with your colleagues to bring understanding and insights to both existing and future process developments.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing and Process Development Engineer with a specialization in AI development to drive intelligent automation and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Pytorch, TensorFlow, Python, Jupyter, and various neural network models. This role will focus on integrating AI-driven solutions into manufacturing workflows to improve performance, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI / ML models to enhance manufacturing processes and automation.
- Implement deep learning frameworks such as Pytorch and TensorFlow to solve complex manufacturing challenges.
- Utilize Python and Jupyter notebooks to develop, test, and optimize AI algorithms.
- Work with various neural network models, including CNNs, RNNs, GANs, and transformers, to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Develop predictive maintenance algorithms to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production engineers, data scientists, and automation specialists.
- Optimize manufacturing processes by integrating computer vision, anomaly detection, and robotics control systems.
- Ensure seamless deployment of AI solutions in production environments using edge computing and cloud platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, ML, and manufacturing automation.
