About the Role
Coda Search│Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our clients.
In this role, you will be working closely with our sales team to ensure timely and accurate order management, maintaining customer master data, and providing support for sales events such as campaigns and product presentations.
We are looking for an individual who is fluent in English and has strong French language skills, with experience in B2B customer service environments and proficiency in Office Pack (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer master data ensuring timely maintenance, accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all information
- Manage order flow from order acquisition to order entry in compliance with agreed trade terms
- Manage delivery flow by liaising directly with planning, logistics, and customer while acting as the first point of contact in the event of any query or issue
- Manage backorders ensuring a clean sheet
- Manage goods returns in compliance with agreed trade terms
- Act as the customer's first point of contact in case of commercial, logistics, product claims
- Support sales events such as sales campaigns, brands/product presentations, customer onsite training, customer visits, etc. through active participation in both organizational preparation and execution
- Issue sales/customer-related reporting to the benefit of both sales team and customer
- Implement and enhance customer service-related procedures, processes, and systems
- Participate in ad hoc sales-related activities and/or projects
