Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Coda Search│Staffing. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier administrative support to our senior management team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to senior management.
  • Coordinate complex logistics, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel.
  • Efficiently process expense reports and ensure accurate reconciliation via Conur.
  • Develop and distribute comprehensive meeting agendas.
  • Support the HR team by coordinating interview schedules and onboarding procedures.
  • Foster effective communication with external vendors via email.
  • Source and procure necessary documentation.
  • Rigorously evaluate and refine documents.
  • Guarantee seamless mail receipt and dispatch.
  • Strategically plan and execute events.
  • Secure conference room bookings.
  • Place catering orders.
  • Complete additional administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree is compulsory.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity within a corporate or professional services organization.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Superior writing and proofreading abilities.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and discretion.
