We are currently hiring an Office Administrator for our facility located in Ridgefield, NJ.
Job Summary
The Office Administrator is responsible for the process of overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office. The individual ensures that all essential duties assigned are completed according to business needs.
Duties And Responsibilities
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write routine reports, business correspondence, and other material. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals or groups of managers or employees.
Mathematical Skills
Must possess ability to apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, multiplication, division, addition and subtraction to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal professionally with a variety of variables in daily situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Job Summary
The Office Administrator is responsible for the process of overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office. The individual ensures that all essential duties assigned are completed according to business needs.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Process invoices for Customer Service
- Provide a wide range of administrative support
- Support shipping when needed by creating paperwork, scheduling truck, arranging shipments on the floor and all other shipping functions
- Assist Accounts Payable with inventory receipts and purchase orders, initiate vendor request forms, obtain W9 forms for new vendors, and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Compile monthly reports of resin, plasticizers and other production raw materials
- Continue recycle program for toners, bulbs and Physically package toners to send to Recycle Center for discounts on office supplies
- Input data from purchase orders into LN with GL codes for processing invoices accurately
- Track inventory for office, and shipping supplies acquire approvals to place orders
- Maintain office files and replenish office machines and kitchen storage with the necessary supplies
- Responsible for daily shipment of all customer pre-shipment samples
- Provide back-up assistance to Shipping Coordinator and Inside Sales Representative for specific responsibilities in their absence
- Additional duties as assigned
- 3 years of administrative duties or manufacturing experience
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Computer skills required in all Microsoft Office products
- Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
