The Opportunity:
We are expanding our Global Pricing Department and seeking a Pricing Specialist to support our international and domestic freight forwarding operations. This role will focus primarily on pricing strategy, market analysis, and rate management, with some marketing-related responsibilities to enhance our digital presence and attract new business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize pricing strategies for international and domestic freight services
- Analyze industry trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to support competitive pricing decisions
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and automation tools to manage and analyze pricing data effectively
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide competitive rate quotes and support business development efforts
- Assist with digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, and CRM tools (such as HubSpot) to enhance visibility and customer engagement
- Work with various pricing tools and software to improve efficiency in quoting and rate management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- 2 years of pricing experience
- Understanding of freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain operations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
