WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Work with existing talent acquisition team and various teams to assist in the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding new hires
· Interface with candidates, third-party vendors, and internal colleagues to schedule phone interviews, video conference interviews, and onsite interviews
· Ensure a seamless candidate experience with timely communication throughout the recruitment process
· Actively maintain and track candidate pipelines in an internal recruiting database
· Liaise with business to collect feedback and identify next steps for candidates
· Keep hiring managers and candidates up-to-date on recruiting process
WHAT’S REQUIRED
· Bachelor’s degree in any field of study
· 1-3 years of experience in a role involving problem solving, multi-tasking, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
Salary : $90,000 - $140,000
