Coda Search is partnering with an iconic brand with offices in Midtown, NY. This is a dynamic company that is well respected, iconic brand within the CPG sector. The team is seeking to hire an Snr AP/AR Specialist who will be responsible for performing full cycle accounts payable, managing vendors and working closely with the wider accounting and finance team.
The team is growing and are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment but also wants to take on more responsibility.

Responsibilities:
- Perform full cycle accounts payable processing, coding, and allocating costs
- Oversee vendors and answer any inbound or outbound questions
- Prepare ACH, wire transfers and check payments
- Oversee cash receipts and cash deposits
- Fields accounts payables inquiries from internal customers and external vendors
- File and maintain all paid and unpaid invoices and statements
- Manage employe T&E reports and audit findings
- Research all vendor discrepancies and follows up on all adjustments
- Assist with the annual audit and prepare any supporting documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
- Prior experience within CPG
- 2 years of accounts payable
- Excellent excel skills (VLOOKUP’s/pivots)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
