Strategy Associate - Private Credit Fund

We are currently partnered with a top Private Credit firm based out of Greenwich Conn that is looking to expand their COO office by bringing on a Strategy Associate to the team. This firm is know for providing it's clients with comprehensive credit solutions.

The Strategy Associate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic vision of firm. Working directly alongside the COO, you will be responsible for driving strategy and transformation initiatives across the firm. This high-impact role offers exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence critical business decisions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO to identify, design, and implement firm-wide strategic initiatives that align with the firm's long-term goals.
• Lead and support transformation projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, enhancing client services, and scaling the firm's business operations.
• Evaluate and support the execution of new business opportunities, including market entry strategies, product development, and partnership assessments.
• Provide in-depth financial and operational analysis to guide strategic decision-making, including cost-benefit analyses, benchmarking, and scenario planning.
• Collaborate with multiple business units, including investment teams, operations, technology, compliance, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
• Track and report on the progress of key strategic initiatives, identifying risks and opportunities to ensure successful delivery.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a strategy role at an asset manager or investment bank.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and the ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams.
• High level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Work Environment:

Hybrid: 2 days a week in office (Tues, Wed, Thurs)

Compensation:

$200k - $300k All-In (Base Cash Bonus)
