Tax Manager (Leadership Role)

CODA Search's prestigious and growing Client is looking to dynamic operator and leader for their Tax Manager role.

*Responsible for review of complicated Trust accounts.

*Responsible of ensuring that proper documents are reviewed for new Trust.

*Preperation of annual tax reporting form 1041 and related extentions.

*Preperation of tax estimates for trust.

*Preperation for complicated tax returns.

*Providing general accounting assistance on wire and transaction verifications.

4-6 years Tax or Public Accounting experience.

Experience with Word, Outlook and Excel.

Familiar with tax software.

BS in Accounting preferred.
