What are the responsibilities and job description for the Valuation Associate position at Coda Search│Staffing?
The Portfolio Management Associate is part of the global team responsible for Credit and Real Estate portfolio valuation. The Valuations Associate will also provide a range of key portfolio company statistics and fund level results to various groups including Marketing, Legal, Financial Reporting, Controllers, Budgeting, and Investor Relations.
· Facilitate the Valuation Process in the Credit segment – generally a quarterly process covering a wide variety of asset classes across hundreds of borrowers/issuers
· Value financial instruments and complex securities across the capital structure independently, including loans, equity (common/preferred), convertibles, and warrants
Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
