Overview :
An award-winning law firm in Bergen County is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to support Senior Management, including the COO, Chief of Staff, and Director of HR & Administration. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. A hybrid schedule may be considered after an initial trial period.
Responsibilities :
- Provide executive administrative support, including calendaring, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, such as scheduling interviews and preparing onboarding documents.
- Prepare, format, proofread, and maintain legal documents related to discovery and trial preparation, including briefs, tables of contents, and tables of authorities.
- Manage and process expense reports using Concur.
- Assist with meeting and board meeting preparations, including preparing agendas, booking conference rooms, and coordinating catering.
- Support event planning and internal initiatives.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail for attorneys.
- Work with recruiters and vendors as needed, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.
- Perform other administrative and office support tasks as required.
