This role would sit within the global brands / events services team where the Financial Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders preparing budgets, forecasts, KPI's analysis, and prepare customized reports for senior leadership on various projects.

Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide detailed financial analysis to support the company's organic growth and acquisition strategies.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, including coordination with various departments.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial plans.
