risk / return spectrum to institutional and private wealth investors across the globe.
The Investor Operations team provides a superior investor experience across its open end and closed end funds, including institutional and private wealth investors and intermediaries, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
The Investor Operations Manager will serve as a resource to various internal business
groups, investors and third-party service providers to provide centralized and cross-functional support of investor onboarding, account activity, and investor inquiries.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
Perform onboarding for investors in both open end and closed end private equity funds, working with prospective
and current institutional and private wealth investors, consultants and distribution agents to ensure accurate completion of subscription documents, collection of proper documentation for transactions and deadlines are met;
Assist in the management of all third-party fund administrator relationships, focusing on investor services and data integrations, creating and maintaining workflows to support various fund structures and distribution partnerships
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree;
Preferably with 6 years of experience working in an investor relations / operations capacity within a private equity or Real Estate organization; experience in non-traded alternatives funds distributed in the private wealth marketplace
Salary : $70
