One of the largest asset managers in the world is looking to hire a temporary employee for general investor relations work.
RESPONSIBILITIESINCLUDE :
- Help manage all aspects of the Investor Relations function
- Coordinate the quarterly earnings process from the Investor Relations perspective
- Coordinate review meetings with senior management to inform the quarterly earnings process and subsequently synthesize into external messaging.
- Actively contribute to developing, maintaining and enhancing all aspects of communication with public stock investors and the financial community, including :
- Plan and execute all external current / prospective shareholder engagement activities, including non-deal roadshows, in-house meetings, and conference appearances.
- Educate and foster relationships with 200 current / prospective institutional shareholders
- Formulate a strategic messages to current / prospective shareholders with effective presentation collateral.
- Help develop and maintain an investor relations and related communications strategies, including positioning and intended messaging to the financial markets
- Continue to refine and build a strategy for engaging with investors and sell side analysts
REQUIREMENTS :
3 years of relevant experience.
Self-motivated individual with meticulous attention to detail, positive attitude, and a pro-active approach to work.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
