Location: HOPE INITIATIVE
PURPOSE: RESPONSIBLE FOR CLINICAL SERVICES AND COVERS ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES WHEN NECESSARY WITHIN THE HOPE INITIATIVE PROGRAM
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clinically supervise Peer Specialist, and oversee clinical structure including maintenance of appropriate documentation within the HOPE Initiative Case Management System
· Work in conjunction with law enforcement to provide optimal patient care
· Review clinical records for compliance (i.e. PI standards, State and Federal criteria) and CODAC Policy and Procedures
· Participate in case consultations with HOPE Initiative staff
· Maintain and develop appropriate referral networks
· Review treatment outcomes and program development
· Communicate with all staff on clinical issues
· Conduct interviews, orientation, training and evaluations of all clinical staff
· Monitor treatment utilization and effectiveness
· Conduct outreach and training
· Participate in Performance Improvement activities
· Monitor and oversee all related CARF standards (i.e., Environment of Care)
· Coordinate internal and external service delivery
· Obtain and sustain Motivational interviewing proficiency
· Participate in relevant and appropriate committees
· Perform other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Masters in behavioral healthcare
· Five to seven years’ experience in the field.
· LMHC preferred
· Subject to Criminal background check
