Seven Hills Rhode Island, an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our Child and Family Services (CFS) team. In this vital role, you will provide expert supervision and support to Home Based Therapeutic Support/Home Based Support (HBTS/HBS) and Personal Assistant Services and Supports (PASS) workers, ensuring the highest quality of care for children and fami
Responsibilities
Provide individual and group supervision to HBTS/HBS and PASS staff.
Develop treatment plans and PASS plans, including setting clear goals and objectives.
Train staff on the proper implementation of treatment and support plans.
Conduct monthly observations of home-based and PASS workers.
Monitor and guide the progress of treatment and PASS plans.
Collaborate closely with treatment coordinators and external partners.
Ensure compliance with all documentation and communication requirements.
Support families with resources, transition planning, and service coordination.
Attend IEP meetings and other relevant appointments as needed.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience working with children with special health care needs.
Licensed healthcare professional with established competencies in this field.
Licensure by the Department of Health (DOH) in psychology, social work (LSW, LICSW, LCSW), marriage and family therapy (LMFT), mental health counseling (LMHC), occupational therapy (OT), physical therapy (PT), or speech and language pathology (SLP).
CPR/First Aid certification required.
Valid standard driver’s license (Class C or D).
