Sign on bonus:
$750 Bonus at 90 days for Qualified candidates after successful completion of the introductory period.

Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Creating a child abuse and neglect prevention network in the cities of Central Falls, East Providence and Pawtucket
- Trained in National WRAP principles and ensures the Wraparound process is implemented with all identified families served by the FCCP
- Reviews referrals, identifies and coordinated WRAP services for FCCP families
- Provides field and office based coaching of the Wraparound model
- Carries a part-time case load
- Assures all Family Support Care Coordinators (FSCC) are trained in the WRAP model and provides ongoing support, supervision and training
- Participates in all FCCP intakes
- Monitors all open cases of the FSCC workers
- Assists in developing appropriate, individualized services and treatment.
- Signs all appropriate treatment documentation
- Accompanies workers on home visits as needed
- Assists families in identifying and engaging natural supports, discusses and make referrals for immediate service needs
- Oversees and ensure the principles of the WRAP model are implemented
- Assists in building and continuously improving community-wide network of formal and informal partnerships throughout the region
- Provide community training as needed
- Maintain a comprehensive system of gathering data used to inform quality assurance, quality improvement and outcome tracking
- Complete all programmatic reporting requirement, clinical documentation and timelines, case records in accordance with practice standards as required by agency and state contracts
- Assists in the selection, orientation and on-going training of staff, interns and consultant personnel
- Attend all required meetings
- Provide on-call support.
Clinical Supervisor Qualifications:
- Master Degree in relevant field
- Independent License Required
- At least 5 years of Human Service experience/1 years Management experience
- Must have valid driver’s license and transportation.
- Excellent writing, computer and organizational skills
- Bi-lingual Spanish preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
