Responsibilities
- Assist our Technical Project Managers / Senior Technical Project Managers (Sr. TPMs) in organizing and coordinating tasks / activities to manage our ongoing projects.
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies with the project team and establish various touchpoints with internal stakeholders and clients to communicate clear status.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Product & Program Teams.
- Communicate actions and follow up on updates.
- Keep relevant project documentation updated in Project Management Tools.
- Create / Update relevant reports that are required to support the Sr. TPM.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.
- Identify owner and target date for resolution.
- Arrive at resolutions through consensus.
- Track, manage and escalate appropriate issues in time.
