Job Description :
We are currently seeking a full-time Plumbing Dispatcher to join our office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service requests, dispatching plumbers to job sites, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Communicate effectively with customers and staff.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Use computer systems proficiently (Windows operating system).
- Dispatch plumbers to job sites and coordinate schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and job statuses.
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers and staff.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with the plumbing team.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services.
- Sending invoicing and receipt reports.
