Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Promote and sell products or services, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide post-sale support as needed.
- Handle warranty calls on occasion
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales with strong knowledge of service plumbing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving goals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
- MUST HAVE AT LEAST TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A SALES SUPERVISOR IN THE SERVICE PLUMBING INDUSTRY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.
