Your Role and Responsibilities
- Personal Brand and Social Media Development:
- Manage the leader’s personal brand across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Create engaging and culturally relevant content to connect with audiences in the U.S. and Vietnam.
- Track social media trends, propose innovative strategies, and optimize content performance.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners to grow the brand's reach.
- Executive and Administrative Support:
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and organize events.
- Prepare documents, take detailed meeting notes, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Assist with logistics for both personal and professional projects.
- Cross-Cultural Communication and Business Support:
- Act as a liaison between international and domestic partners, especially in Vietnam.
- Facilitate smooth communication across time zones and ensure accuracy in information sharing.
- Assist in planning and coordinating international business trips.
