About the Role: Fire Protection and Life Safety Consultant
As a Fire Protection and Life Safety Consultant at CCI, you will play a crucial role in providing expert consultation and innovative solutions for a variety of fire protection and life safety projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Consulting on fire protection and life safety codes for diverse projects and clients.
- Applying Creativity to develop alternate methods and solutions.
- Collaborating with CCI team members and clients, and interfacing with Building/Fire Officials.
- Participating in Business Development to expand and enhance CCI's services.
- Contributing to Office and Company Growth by supporting the development of your office and CCI as a whole.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Experience as an engineer in the Fire Protection Safety Industry.
- A degree in fire protection engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of experience with the ability to work autonomously on project-related tasks.
- Strong knowledge of Building/Fire/NFPA Codes and Standards related to fire protection and life safety.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Motivation for pursuing growth opportunities and a passion for CCI's values.
- Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) or Professional Engineering (PE) licensure is desirable but not required.
