Code Ninjas in Chanhassen, MN is looking for one assistant manager to join our 23 person strong team. We are located on 426 Pond Promenade. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.
Hours: Weekdays 3pm-8pm | Occasional Weekends 9am-1pm

Code Ninjas: Creating the problem solvers of tomorrow through a fun STEM based coding and robotics curriculum. Code Ninjas believes that kids learn the best when they are having fun! That's why we've created after-school, summer camps and weekend programs that makes every day a new, fun adventure.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Part-Time Assistant Center Manager to join our team of dynamic, energetic, forward-thinking minds, working toward our common goal: providing a fun and safe learning environment for children. This position is perfect for someone looking for evening and weekend part-time work. Hours are 3-8 week nights and Saturday mornings.

Requirements:
• Proven work history with children ages 6 and up, and enthusiasm for working with kids is a must!
• Knowledge of sales and team leadership.
• Interest in technology, use of CRM, Microsoft suite, social media, design software and office equipment.
• Must be fun to work with and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Deadline and detail-oriented. We can't miss dates or overlook customers.
• Ability to design and or understand and implement new curriculum ideas.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Great customer service and follow-up skills.
• Are a team player, collaborative and FUN!
Day to Day:
• Oversee daily operations of center.
• Follow up on leads, schedule tours and close deals.
• Work with parents to define children’s learning needs.
• Provide center tours while maintaining awareness of students currently in the center.
• Engage with children and families in the center.
• Ensure that parents understand how their child is learning and progressing.
• Engage and oversee coaches/tutors to ensure team needs are met.
• Ensure the center is a fun and safe learning environment for our students.
• Uphold corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness & operational standards.
• Ability to think on the fly and be perceptive to center dynamics.
• Report weekly to executive team on progress.
