Position: Center Manager

Full Time | Tuesday – Friday, 2PM -7PM, Saturday 9AM – 1PM

Who we are:

Code Ninjas is the nation's fastest-growing kids coding franchise, and we’re excited to open a brand-new center in Nixa this spring! At Code Ninjas, kids aged 5-14 learn to code by building video games, all in a fun, non-intimidating environment. Our mission is to teach kids essential skills like coding, problem-solving, and critical thinking, while keeping them engaged and having fun. Parents love seeing their children gain confidence and develop new skills, while kids can’t wait to come back to continue their coding journey.

What we are looking for:

We’re searching for a passionate and driven Center Manager to help lead our brand-new Nixa center! In this role, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading a team of coaches, and providing exceptional customer service to students and their families. If you're a proactive, organized, and enthusiastic leader who loves working with kids and driving results, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the center, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for students, parents, and staff.
• Manage scheduling, enrollment, and customer communication to maintain a full, thriving center.
• Lead and motivate a team of coaches, ensuring high-quality, engaging instruction for all students.
• Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with parents and ensuring they are informed and satisfied with their child's progress.
• Conduct center tours for prospective families and follow up with leads to drive enrollment.
• Develop and implement center events and activities that promote learning and community.
• Ensure the center maintains a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment.
• Collaborate with the executive team to meet business goals and report on center performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing or leading a team in a fast-paced environment, preferably in education, customer service, or a related field.
• Experience working with children aged 5 and up, with a genuine passion for education and child development, preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with both parents and kids.
• Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
• A fun, positive attitude and a natural ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
• Sales experience is a plus!
