What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Sensei - Lead Coding Instructor position at Code Ninjas?
ABOUT YOU: LOVE working with, mentoring, supporting, teaching, guiding and coaching younger kids (ages 5-14.) You can work with kids individually or in small or large groups. You have an awesome sense of humor and can get along well with just about anybody! You’re not shy, and have an outgoing, upbeat personality. You’re an energetic team player, who is excited to be an important part of a close-knit, small and friendly staff…sometimes you’ll need to step up for them, and you appreciate it when they step up for you.
You’ve got reliable, dependable transportation, and come to work on time and ready to go. You’re available between 2:30-8:00PM during the week, Saturdays from 10-2, and Summer Weekdays anywhere from 8:00AM-7:00PM. Available to work up to 15-20 hours.
You’re super hard-working and willing to learn computer coding/programming, and taking what you've learned and teaching our kids!
You’re fun-loving, creative and willing to help a younger kid, even if it means teaching them a quick lesson or sitting on the floor with them to play a game.
You’re neat and tidy, and have no problem with cleaning things like computers, desks, furniture, windows and yes, even bathrooms.
You’re flexible, friendly and FUN!
