Position Overview

Fluent Commerce Solution Architect

Requirements:

• Design and implement Fluent Commerce OMS solutions based on business needs.
• Develop and document architecture, integration, and deployment strategies.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and product managers to define system requirements and solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration with ERP, CRM, WMS, and other enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership, best practices, and guidance for Fluent Commerce implementations.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and security.
• Lead solution design workshops and POCs to validate architectural decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve OMS-related issues and system bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 years of experience in eCommerce/Order Management System (OMS) architecture.
• 3 years of hands-on experience with Fluent Commerce OMS implementation and configuration.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience integrating Fluent Commerce with ERP, CRM, WMS, and payment systems.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluent Commerce certifications.
• Experience with headless commerce and MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) principles.
• Previous experience in retail, eCommerce, or omnichannel order fulfilment solutions.
