Started in 1908, Codell Construction Company has been a leader in the construction industry. Based out of Winchester, Kentucky we specialize in the construction management method performing projects throughout Kentucky and other surrounding states. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, who would oversee multiple projects. We are looking for candidates that have a proven record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and in a quality manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work with all members of the project team.

Full-Time salaried position with benefits (company issued vehicle, medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurances, and 401K match)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Perform Pre-Construction and Construction Phase services for multiple projects
· Pre-Construction Management includes Project Planning, Pre-Bid and Post-Bid activities such as:
o Communicate with the Client and Design Team throughout the Design Phase
o Collaborate with the Estimator to develop Estimates based upon each phase of Design
o Perform Constructability Reviews, Value Analysis and Value Engineering
o Prepare the Project Schedule
o Break down the Project Scope into Bid Packages, Prepare Bidding Documents, and Administer the Bid Opening and Bid Evaluation
o Oversee Mobilization/Kick-Off of the Project
· Construction Management includes roles such as:
o Responsible for the overall progress and completion of the project
o Supervise and provide support to the onsite Construction Manager through daily communication
o Regularly visit the jobsite and properly handle issues as they arise
o Monitor and maintain the project schedule
o Monitor and maintain the project budget
o Administer meetings and serve as the primary representative of Codell with the Owner and Design Team
o Responsible for the overall Closeout and completion of the project
o Maintain relationship with the Client throughout the 1-year warranty period
