Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our People function, overseeing all aspects of talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR policies and procedures, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and organizational development, with experience in designing, developing, and supporting organization-wide talent programs. They will be able to provide strategic guidance and support to senior leadership on all people-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of HR professionals to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business goals and growth targets.
- Manage the talent function, including talent branding and candidate experience.
- Design and execute initiatives that cultivate a high-performance culture, including a performance review/promotion program, a world-class onboarding experience, and a learning and development program.
- Develop, audit, and refine employment policies and practices to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Monitor key people metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make data-informed adjustments to optimize productivity.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who has:
- A strong background in HR and organizational development.
- Experience in designing, developing, and supporting organization-wide talent programs.
- Strong leadership and organizational development skills, including direct team/people management.
- Proven success in providing strategic counsel and business partnership at the most senior levels within an organization.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Mix of strategic acumen and hands-on experience, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
