💡 What You’ll Be Working On:
- Develop and refine short- and long-term sales forecasts for in-line and pipeline products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Market Access, to align forecasting with business strategy.
- Build and enhance forecasting models, incorporating segmentation, patient flow, and demand analyses.
- Integrate insights from market research, competitive intelligence, and real-world data.
- Support scenario planning by quantifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Partner with global teams to ensure forecast alignment across international markets.
- Provide strategic recommendations to commercial and finance leadership, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth payer mix analyses and develop pricing/volume models.
- Work closely with demand planning and supply chain teams to ensure accurate forecasting for production needs.
🎯 What You Need to Bring:
- 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech forecasting or a related field.
- Strong expertise in data analysis, forecasting methodologies, and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and experience with data sources like IQVIA and patient-level analytics.
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare market landscape, including payer dynamics and access strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
✨ Nice to Have:
- Master’s Degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience in neurology, rare diseases, or immunology is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics for forecasting applications.
- Experience with SQL, R, Python, or cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).
