Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Product Vision: Share accountability for the vision and execution of Field Recruiting process improvements and product modernization aligned with business objectives.
- Process Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of Field Recruiting processes and workflows.
- Roadmap Development: Contribute to cross-functional strategic roadmaps for the products within your domain.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Requirement Gathering: Collect and analyze complex product requirements with a broad understanding of products within your scope.
- Validation: Review and validate requirements gathered from business partners.
- Product Development: Lead efforts to enhance business processes and product features from inception to completion.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with product strategy and vision.
- Feature Prioritization: Maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation based on business value and return on investment (ROI).
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use both qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions, including customer research and experimentation.
- Agile Facilitation: Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve issues that may impact strategic, financial, or technical objectives.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with HR platforms, digital talent management, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is highly desirable.
- Experience working in an environment with vended solutions and the ability to navigate decision-making within such settings.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Product Management role, preferably within Agile teams.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry, digital talent management, and talent acquisition is highly desirable.
- Background in technical business analysis, product ownership, or Scrum Master roles is beneficial.
- Experience mentoring or leading teams in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to manage input and feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Experience overseeing the work and backlogs of one or two engineering teams.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with excellent communication, time management, and project management skills.
- Strong business acumen with high emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Ability to influence decision-making, partner with leadership, and translate product requirements into technical requirements.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments and solving complex challenges proactively.
