Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for project management of medium-complexity initiatives/projects.
- Defines and manages scope, schedule, budget, and quality, ensuring alignment with approved objectives.
- Monitors progress, execution, and closure of projects within approved parameters.
- Uses appropriate tools and methodologies to measure and improve project performance, ensuring the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
- At least three years of experience working with websites and mobile applications in a delivery setting.
- Two or more years of project management experience in technology and/or business functions, with knowledge of project management methodologies and the systems development life cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Lean) and related tools.
- Understanding of software development, testing, implementation, and technical concepts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, and business leaders.
- Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives using various delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach to learning, with intellectual curiosity and attention to detail.
- Leads projects involving notable risk and complexity, developing effective execution strategies.
- Solves complex problems by applying new perspectives and evaluating multiple sources of information.
- Contributes to program, project, or service direction and resource allocation within established department policies and industry guidelines.
- Clearly communicates expectations, shares information effectively, and addresses sensitive matters professionally.
